ABOUT AMANDA INMAN
With over 20 years in consulting, enterprise transformation, and executive leadership, I’ve built my career operating at the intersection of strategy and execution where high-stakes business decisions get made.
Before founding Executive Edge Coaching, I served as VP & Global Head of Enterprise Transformation at a global technology consulting and professional services organization. I led enterprise transformation strategy and consulting services, built and scaled consulting capabilities, and partnered with executive teams leading complex initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations.
I also led a Consulting Center of Excellence, helping shape the standards, capabilities, and execution practices used across a global consulting organization.
That experience now forms the foundation of my work at Executive Edge.
I’ve spent years inside executive environments, seeing firsthand how senior leaders communicate, make decisions, build influence, establish credibility, and determine who is ready for greater responsibility.
Because the reality is: being exceptional at your job and being perceived as ready for executive leadership are not always the same thing.
